All equipment is sold “as-is” with no warranty expressed or implied. Any consumables including but not limited to, developer, toner, ink, drums, imaging units, masters, gears and rollers, batteries, and lamps cannot be guaranteed. All equipment sold by Town Business Center – TBCCopiers.com is in used condition and Town Business Center – TBCCopiers.com has not remanufactured or refurbished the equipment unless pre-stated. The equipment is not to be considered or presumed to be in “as-new” condition. Town Business Center – TBCCopiers.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a serious discrepancy exists with your purchase, please contact your sales representative immediately upon delivery of your equipment.
COPIER PURCHASE INFORMATION
Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility. Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance. ALL OF OUR COPIERS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
DISCLAIMERS
We do our very best to make sure that you receive a good, clean, working copier that arrives without damage. Please keep in mind, the copier is a USED COPIER that will have normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, the buyer must list and sign for all damage on the bill of lading upon arrival. We can assist you with a freight claim at that time. If the damage is not specified and signed for on the bill of lading, there can be no freight claim. Town Business Center is not responsible nor accountable for any damage that may occur.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-3 business days after receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-10 business days from actual ship date. The copier is shipped via specialized electronic carrier it will arrive corner-boarded, shrink-wrapped, blanket-wrapped and secured in an air ride truck. Due to the risk of damage we will not crate or palletize any digital imaging equipment such as copiers and printers. Due to the risk of damage we will not ship with UPS, FedEx or common freight carriers. Buyer pays for all shipping charges. The cost quoted for freight shipping is for commercial buildings that are tractor-trailer accessible. Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher shipping charges.

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
